1. Order/Pre-order is confirmed only after payment is received (full or downpayment).

2. All Orders/pre-orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment is made.

3. ETA is subject to change due to shipping or supplier delays.

4. All items are 100% authentic and sourced from verified suppliers.

5. For Pre order balance must be paid 3 days upon arrival notice or order may be canceled.

6. Items must be claimed within 7 days of notice. Storage or shipping fees may apply after.

7. Foot Soldier Manila reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice or stated reason
